I have recently created a Forumer Forum. It is Phpbb. At the Footer of my forum's index,
I mean to say the contents below "Go to Administration Panel", saying Get Your Forum Today, Sign up Now etc...I know it's a part of the Forumer ad, can it be removed?

You can not remove or in any way change the footer.
