Some members are requesting to read our newly created forums to be read via mobile devices which can read RSS feeds.

How can I add rss feed so if any new topic is posted that shows in the feed, so members who are traveling can still read the threads via RSS.

Added question
Is It possible that an email is sent when ever a new topic is posted with its content only to admin.

You can view phpBB2 phpBB3 forums via mobile phones without RSS.

Oh I didn't know that, will they just need to type the url, thats all, does it work on all kind of mobiles which have browsing facility.

In RSS u get just the heading of the new post & members can read only the one which they are interested saving them time & bandwidth.

So I am still looking for a method to have the forums offered via rss feed.

very few phones support phpBB, so you'll either need to go to Google, search for your forum and then view it, or use a browser such as Opera Mini, that compresses all data as little as possible, so fHQ index is only 7KB, my Forum portal is only 7KB, Wikipedia Main Page is only 8kb, et all.

The Nokia NSeries handles web pages very well for a phone, at least in my experience.

You can subscribe to a posted thread , but can you subscribe to the whole forum so any new post (new topic)when posted the user can get an email?
If yes how do you do that?

I only see "watch this topic" when I am reading the individual threads or posting a new thread.

Nah, I don't see anything. This is only possible in IPB and phpBB3.
