When I click on this button in the Admin CP, it takes me to the Admin Index page. I believe I'm supposed to be seeing something completely different when I click on this link so I would be able remove my ads. I have 60,000 fbucks and am unable to remove the ads. It's frustrating. I've been reading the boards all afternoon to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to admincp> administration> fsettings> account information and click enable next to current ad removal status,

also for me it took 24 hours for the ads to go away after adding fbucks to my forum.

if that does not work please provide some screenshots.

yes, screenshots. please. and for next time, it would help if you posted screenshots so people can provide more detailed support

Screenshot attached. There isn't anywhere to click off the disabled section or to enable.

click on fbucks and ads. try that. hope it helped

It's actually on fSettings.

When I click on fsettings, there isn't an area to click on to disable the ads.

When I click on fbucks and ads, I get the admin screen. I attached that screenshot. It's sending me around in circles.

I feel like I paid for $10 for nothing and can't remove the ads. It's frustrating. I guess next question is how can I sell these fbucks or transfer them or return them if I can't remove the ads.

Thanks for all the helpful tries, but so far, nothing.

Looks like another issue then, you will have to wait for a moderator to file out a bug report.

Anyone have experience with how long it takes a mod to submit a bug report? How do you know it has been done? I have also contacted forumer through contact us and have not yet had a resolution. I just want to know my estimated wait time for this. If it take a really long time, then I can trade the fbucks or get a refund or something. I just don't want to sit on them for know good purpose, kwim.

Hi! Just bumping this up. I have submitted a request to forumer a week ago and have yet to have a response? Do I send something like this to a particular mod of the board, or just any mod? I'm desperate for any help.

I finally resolved this issue on my own.

If one isn't seeing the ad removal location when clicking on fbucks and ads in CP, click view in new window and it pops up. Hope this helps someone else out there.
