can anyone please tell me step by step how to add a member as an admin. thank you!

Default Re: admin adding
1) Log in as an admin
2) Go to your Admin Control Panel
3) Scroll to the bottom of the left menu
4) Click "Permissions" under "User Admin"
5) Type the users name and click "Look Up User"
6) On the top of the page, drop down the menu and select "Administrator"

Or you can select which forums you do and do not want the user to moderate
