| Member ![]() | Hello to all, Can someone please inform me as to if you can create a ranking system on peoples posts, everyone is asking me about it but i dont know if you can and how, i run the forum for lads who play on xbox 360 game Call of Duty 3 in battles for players from america verse uk players, the forums is thriving and get many posts daily and a lot of users. They want a ranking system like army ranks, starting off as a potato peeler lol going all way up to Field Marshal. Please can you tell me if this is possible and if so how i go about doing it, i have had a look and i know how to create ranks but there is nothing about how you achieve these ranks. Many thanks Nige P.S if you have a 360 and the game then please feel free to register or if you just want a gander at our forum then please do but unfort i have set it where you must register to view, sorry!! |

| Member ![]() | Nope, thats to create a new rank which is easy and know how to do, my question was can you have it where people change ranks and move higher up a rank ladder depending upon the amount they post like after 50 posts you move from rank of corp to serg and then after 100 post your rank changes again to major and 200 posts again to Ltn and so on like army ranks |

| Member | Hi, anyone knows how to post images as ranks instead? The ranks page says Relative to phpBB2 root path, so how do i place an image that is relative to the root path? Thanks in advance =) |

| Active Forumer ![]() | Yep.. I echo SawanM... just make your image then upload to your favorite file host. Then go in to your cpanel .. go to user admins rank section and add the various url's where it says root for each rank. Of course, you would have to upload the number of images as there are ranks. Make them yourself. TheY are rather easy to do (either photoshop, paint, paint shop pro, GIMP, etc. etc. :P ROCK ON! |
