Default fbucks and ad removal

Can anyone tell me realistically how many fbucks you need to keep your forum ad free for a month?

I have nearly 200 members and an average of 170 posts per day. I used 500 bucks last night and now the ads are back with a vegeance lol. I understand its with every page few another buck goes with will include page refreshes so obviously I have had more than 500 page views in 24 hours. Argh! It looks so much better without the ads. x

Hi,

The ad removal feature can be tricky with the phpBB software as there are no options (unlike IPB ) to which you can set which user groups gets to see the ads or not. I do believe Forumer techs are working on a feature for this, however.

It does cost about 2-3 fBucks per page CLICK. (Refreshing the page does also count). Pending how active your members are on your forum, you will need a lot of fBucks, possibly every day to keep up with the ad removal.

For easy fBucks, you can take part in the deals over in the fBucks Swap and Meet forums!

Been there, destroyed that.

Thanks for your helpful reply - yes I could imagine it would be a lot cheaper to have only registered members or members with only a 100 posts not seeing ads. That would be great if it was possible. x
