Post disappearing from long Threads/Topics (no post exist for last page of thread)

Thank you for your assitance. It really is a help. Here is the situation;

Basically when you click on what appears to be the lastest page of a thread there appears text that says "No posts exist for this topic" as if its empty, and it has no <prv nxt> links either. It only lets you return to the forum index instead of the main forum.

This is happeing in all the longer threads we have in our forum like the following topics

"What are you thinking"
"Random Image Thread"

And other topics of more then 1000+ post.

I've tried looking for everything to fix this but have run out of ideas.

Please any advice is welcomed.

We are going bonkers over here.
