I would want to learn if you are to put news skins in phpbb forums.

Skins like : Alexis2(or Alexisred), Alexisorange,BBlite,Blobtheme etc.

For PHPBB2 forums are cannot upload/create new skins. You must use one of the about 30 skins.

If you want to have your own skins put on your forum you might want to switch from phpbb to ipb

If one switched does that mean you'd have to start the IPB board from scratch? Or, is it just "transferred"?

forumer.com should add a psp skin they have an xbox one..my forums for psp so it would be cool.
