Now, im making ranks for the users of my forum and the rankings depend on how many posts u have....................and i was wondering if i get so many posts that u can come up with ur own ranking? and if i could how?

You can put as many ranks as you want...can be up to 9999999 posts

It is possible.

Go to your administration Panel, head off to User Admin, and click on Ranks.

There you go.

i did that, but i wanted to know if my members could make up their own when they get a certant amount of post???

No, members do not have the ability to make "their own" customized titles. What they should do is PM you with a name or something, then you personally make it for them

you could have members request ranks, you make them but set it as a special rank and they have there own personal rank!
