When new users go to register, they receive and error indicating that the passwords entered do not match. No one has been able to register. Please advise:

try this go to admin cp ( general admin ) (configuration) check no in the box beside this (Enable Visual Confirmation) then hit submit...

try that see if it helps..

Another one is; go to General Admin > Configuration - change the option that says the following: "Enable account activation" from User, or Admin, to "None" I think that would be the most likely problem. If it doesn't work you might want to try looking this problem on other PhpBB supports or if able to contact a Support admin here.

Mod notes: This is trivial issue and I am unable to reproduce this on other testing boards on this server -- Bug.

What the problem really is, during registration, the form does not ask you for the confirm password which is causing this error.

Sorry for the delay, however, administration is currently out of town this and and they will attend to the problem as soon as they read the report

It is a known problem with the subPortal skin/theme. You can change the skin or post somewhere a link which will open the registration screen using different skin. For instance try something like: >> Register here

BTW: This happened to be a very effective protection against spammer registrations as well.

theres a registering problem
when you click register theres only one password section so it say the passwords dont match
and there also another problem when you click the biggest page number it says that no post exsist
please help!
