How do we remove entire posts. I have a friend with a board and she needs to completely delete a post.

Well if the person is an admin or moderaotr.

on the top right hand corner of the post there will be buttons like quote.

One of them will be a 'x' click that button and press yes.

Ok

go to the persons post. press edit on one of the top right hand corner button.

then scroll down until you find Delete this post. Then press submit

I need to delete the entire thread, answers and all. Spam threads continue to occupy space.

Scroll to the bottom of the forum the thread is in. There is a little box that says "You can moderate this forum" click on that. Select the offending thread, scroll down and click delete. Do not leave shadow topics or anything.
