One of my site admin can't access the admin panel, the login won't accept her username or password. She's had no problems previously so this is unusual.

When I checked her Rank Title initially this morning it wasn't showing Site Admin, so I changed it and submitted the change. She still couldn't get into the admin panel.

I've suggested changing her password, any other ideas?

Did you only assign her the Rank Title of Site Admin, or did you specifically go to User Admin -> Permissions look her up, and change her user level to Admin?

Thanks for your reply. I have done both - rank title and through User Admin - Permissions, she's showing as Administrator on both.

I also discovered my second admin had lost his status, and I've rectified that, but since we're all on different times they haven't been online to check whether they can get in.

Alright, well, that's as much as I know, sorry. I don't trust anyone even remotely enough to give them Admin rights on my boards, so I've never done it. Sorry. Hopefully someone else can help you if you weren't able to fix it.
