I might be wrong but I think Saswatforu meant the update to 2.0.22, which was released recently (it is glowing in red after opening the ACP ).

Thats because Forumer has placed restrictions on the phpbb running on their servers, usually due to abuse. And I doubt Forumer will upgrade to the new phpbb2.0.22.
