Are you asking how to trust someone? Or how to make them a mod?

To make them a mod follow this path:

Admin Panel>User Admin>Permissions>Select User>Select Forum>Scroll down to "Is Moderator"

For Admin do the same thing up to the Users Permissions, when in there select, User Level: "Administrator"

i got it..my friend register today i made him a moderator
