If members stay pressing F5 works, but still giving error for users, how can I fix it?!?!?

Again, it is working fine for me. Try clearing cookie and cache then try again.

It's happening for everyone there.
If you can look a little bit more, you will see.

A can post now and works, but if I jump to another, the message appears.

I tried clear cache now like you said, and show error again.

Two foruns that I use are with problem.
