First timer, I am trying to customize my forum and can not figure out how to add/or change setting. I did figure out how to change the background. I would like to change borders and add different navigation button pictures. If you could help me that would be greatly appreciative.

http://fmods.com can help you with modifcations for your forum. You cannot change the borders and what do you mean by navagation buttons?

You can not change the navi link icons, or the navi links on your forum's index.
