hiya,
I have a user who is a mod, but for some reason, his account was active, and i didn't know about the permission slip at the time, but he signed up for a under 13 account, but i didn't make it active, but because i didn't get a permission slip of him, i have made his account inactive, because i don't want to be breaking the terms of use. he's 12, but if you make someone a mod, do you still need permission from there perants if there under 13?
thanks for you time, i just want to make sure to be on the safe side
