How Can I Add Photos
like if i am a morderator and i have just name but i want to add a name like a photo Saying morderator and i will still have my avater.

You can setup a speacial ranking for yourself and attach an image to that ranking.

what Do i have to go to the admin pannel? or what?

GOTO > "GO TO ADMINISTRATION PANEL"
GOTO > User Admin > Rankings
Click on > EDIT > on the ranking you want to add a pic too
add link to > Rank Image (Relative to phpBB2 root path): box
