Sorry. I am from Vietnam, My english is not good, but i hope all member will help me !
The defaults language of my forumis English, i want to upload punbb_vi 1.22 in
http://people.vnoss.net/~vnpenguin/p...-1.2.12.tar.gz
How to upload and what I need?

Forumer.com does not host punBB. That is a different type of forum software. Forumer.com hosts phpbb and ipb for free.

Does it support phpBB-2.0.17(include vietnamese typing and vietnamese interface ?
How to upload it in to my forum ?

I believe Forumer is running the newer 2.0.21, if not it's 2.0.20. I know server 13 is running 2.0.21. I'm not sure about the vietnamese language pack. You will have to ask a staff member.
