I just bought a new domain and I cant afford the server to crash on me bacuase the transfer is not over yet ! I try to open my site and this comes up

Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'xxxx'
Dear user, our technicians are aware of this issue! Please bear with us as we fix this bug!


Please please please fix this because the trasfer is not over yet please !

ok its fixed but please if the admins have any control over it please try not to let it crash please, and hey dude its not forumer its the server !
