Default Problem with encoding
Hi all!
I am a VietNamese. I have a forum (php) for my class(http://12aluongthevinh.17.forumer.com). We have to use Unicode to display VietNamese. If I switch to this mode by manual then web browser auto switch to Western European after refresh or new page opened. How do I set Unicode mode as default?
Pls show me the way to do this!
