How do I post flash movies and mp3 into the forum?

You cant directly, as far as i know..
You would have to upload them to an alternate website.. If its for downloading you could upload to http://www.myfilehut.com (i think it is) if the movies are for viewing you could make a user on http://video.google.com and upload there ...
When you've uploaded your files you would have to post the URL on your forum...

There is a little trick however. U have to create a new Forum, and post the mp3 or Flash onto the description box, if you want it to appear, or play. for the mp3, you will obviously need a player.
