My forums multiple problems have all returned

My forum http://happytails.14.forumer.com seems to be having another nervous breakdown. This happened about a week or so ago the issue was escalted then resolved but now all the symptoms are back. The time is messed up, the new post markers are not working, new posts are appearing in random places in the thread, for every member a showdow or 2 pops up as a guest, and people are showing up as there who left long ago. It's basically has the board unusable. Does this happen a lot. My forum is only a couple of weeks old and we've had problems about 80% of the time, between this, and downed servers and numerous smaller issues, I'm afraid my members are going to get fed up and leave. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

same problems for me too, same server, this is pretty retarded, I've only had my board for two weeks and I have never had a message board with close to as many problems.
