ive downloaded a smiley pack off invasion graphis but when i go into our forum through admin and try to add it i dont know how the f**k you do it cos theres no option to browse my files??

do i need to upload them somewhere on the forum???

i dont know what to do ive read the help site but it tells me to uploads them to some directory but i dont know what it means or where it is?

You can't add smileys to your forum like that.

I sold my forum for 25 fBucks and a glass of punch. =D

argh right... well how do i add packs then? carnt be arsed doing it like above one by one.

To clarify what Imoen has already said, it can't be done on Forumer hosted boards. This is because uploading smilies packs would require file transfer abilities (namely FTP), which for security reasons is not permitted by Forumer to their hosted forums.

And to pre-empt the next question, no Forumer staff won't upload them for you. Keep in mind Forumer provide FREE forum hosting, paid-service forum sites I suspect would be more open to allowing for individual forum modifications as they could also afford to pay to have more extensive range of server support staff to deal with issues (re: abuse) when that sort of access is made available.
