How to add more than 21 characters for the New Topic. That's too short for Thai Language

Please Add in for 50 characters of New Topic in my Forum. That's http://sattha.7.forumer.com

On my forum, I can do 61 characters for topic (including spaces).

does it vary from server to server or does it depends on wheather we use PhpBB or IPB ??

Um... I Can use many in Number or English. But I can use just 21 characters in Thai.

Oh, I am not famiular (sp?) with Thai. That may be difforant.

EDIT: I am sorry, forumer forums are not specifically made for non-english languages so non-english boards may be affected by other problems.

maybe two-three english ascii character make up one thai alphabet ??
