Firstly thanks for responding to our concerns Stylus.

I'm having problems using my forum's URL. I can access it from this site on the "My Forum" button but when I type www.forumer.com/talkstudent I'm redirected to this site.

I presume this is related to the server 10 problems (with whom I'm attached).

Hope this is the type of problem you were targeting this thread for.

I'd like to report that we have a problem at http://thiness.6.forumer.com/
We don't have any idea what happened, but every time that sb try to log in
information like this appears :

Error in obtaining userdata

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column 'user_login_tries' in 'field list'

SELECT user_id, username, user_password, user_active, user_level, user_login_tries, user_last_login_try FROM thiness_users WHERE username = 'kitka'

File : login.php

This situation reffers to most of the users of thiness forum.
I'd like to ask U if that problem is a serious one & how much time do U think it will take to fix it .

im sorry, im really stupid and not sure wheather this is in the correct thred but somehting strange is going on with my forum when you click on the link, the page just comes up blank...and you can refresh it till the cows come home but nothing changes
or if you type the addy into your browser; http://forumer.com/error.php (i think its called a browser ) a message comes up saying:
"404 ERROR sorry the requested forum does not exist, possible reasons for this error could be: 1) if your forum has violated out tearms of service; 2) if your forum has been inactive for more than 30 days"


i was on the site yesterday so it cant be number 2, and i havnt done anything wrong...and i dont think any of my users have done anything wrong (coz my site is mainly used to help people learn other langauges) so it cant be number 1

server 6 is slowing down again, almost at a dead stop took 4 minutes to load a thread from the index page which took 5 minutes to load originally could someone find the key and wind it up again please!

This was posted on my forum by one of my members today. It happened while I was asleep (Australia time). It was also confirmed by a few other members as well.

When they tried to access the forum they got this

"Unable to connect to database on '69.93.108.138' with user 'yyyy'
Dear user, our technicians are aware of this issue! Please bear with us as we fix this bug!"

They also said that server 6 had been going on and off line a lot during the night/day.
