Hello,

While posting & editing my forums today my custom banner just disappeared suddenly and now the default logo is displayed.

Also I was experiencing very slow dowloads with error pages coming up saying basically
"Unable to connect to database on 'forumer.com' with user 'yyyy'
Dear user, our technicians are aware of this issue! Please bear with us as we fix this bug!..."

Are these probs all related?

Same problem here, My logos have gone and defaults are in use

and its all running very slow

It appears that it has been fixed. I see both of your logos. I guess everything is back to normal.

Err no it has not, thats the default logo for wow horde style.

Same problem here. I didn't notice this thread until I'd made my own in bug reports.

I just tried to change it twice by uploading my custom banner again.

Got the following error:

Then it stopped doing that the third and fourth times, but the logo is still the default skin logo.

Yes, yes guys!! I got the same problem here too! Got my banner uploaded and set as the current one, but in the forum only appeers the default logo!!

Same logo problem too here - noticed that the custom logo I used disappeared back to the default when I couldn't log back in last night due to the Debug Mode error.

Is server 13 just having issues? :shrug:

I am guessing that the lack of quick responce from any support type person = yes there is a problem, they seem to answer the quick and easy questions fast and keep quite about any bigger probelms

My forum is working but seems very slow and sluggish loading to.

not had the error problems others have mentioned yet tho.

As for the missing banners, it seems to be a slight problem, and should be fixed soon.
