I am after like a terms and conditions list telling moderators what to do on the forum.

Like a guideline for the moderators of your forum to follow? I suppose it's basically what you want them to do, so you could probably write one up yourself, just detailing the duties you want them to do, things you want / don't want them to do, etc. Pretty much anything you can think of that you want the moderators to know, just chuck it in there. Hope this helps
