Is this possible and how:

Redirecting your forum to soemthing anything like site.chat room or stuff like that.

Ugh, I think it's possible with phpBB, but I don't think Forumer has the ability to do so at the moment.

You can add shout boxes to your site (if done carefully) without having to redirect off site.

Do a search on shoutbox and you will run across TONS of posts about it.
