In the past i had made another forum, how do i get rid of it in order to make another one?

This is from the Forumer Documentation phpBB thread, FAQ:

Turn your forum offline (setting in your Admin CP) and do not log in for 30 days. After 30 days of inactivity, your forum should automatically be deleted.
