I think I'm having trouble with the emailing the members get when their posts are answered. What I did, was make 2 usernames on 2 different emails. (starIllusion and ET313) I went on as et313 and replied to starillusions post. An email didn't come. How do I get the mailing system to work? Thanks in advance.

In the users profile, is the email notification checked as yes?

Always notify me of replies - should be "yes"

Yep. All is checked on "yes". Now, further down it has something about a SMTP server or something. What's that about?

The SMTP stuff at the bottom is basically for the boards that have their own dedicated email systems. (like businesses or organizations)

99.9 % of all the emails are able to use the local (forumer) email servers.
