is it possible to put a ranking image for each rank?

i see the option 'Rank Image (Relative to phpBB2 root path):
Use this to define a small image associated with the rank'

but i dont get what it means by 'root path'
i thought u just put a url of the image. but it doesnt seem to wanna show.

oh cool!

sucks that i have to register a new name to use an avatar as a rank image. but its still cool.

know of a place to find nice images?

If you had an IPB. you could've gone to http://fmods.com and/or http://invisionize.com

i tried using an ipb board today. and man. lol it was just overwhelming.

im fine with php, i just wish i had ftp access to it. to add more styles.
everyone else i know with a php board is given ftp access. so its kind of frustrating that i dont have that here.

IPB is easy! Trust me.. IPB is really good!

But anyway, phpbb 3 is coming out soon and forumer will immediatly upgrade to it.

well it doesnt look hard. but by the time i learn and experiment with it.

thats what im waiting for. is the big upgrade.
