My forums (gamefanforums.tk) have the wrong time (there in the wrong time zone) how in hell do I fix them???

Go into the Administration pannel then go to General Configuration and change the time zone and save, make sure to change it in your profile also

I tried that, but then when I log in again, it just switches back

heres the details...
the time is 4 hours ahead on my forum, so I change the time zone to GMT - 4 hours. But it doesnt stick!!!
