I can't get into my administration panel. When I click go to forum administration, it brings me back to the index! Please help a poor soul

Try clearing your cookies, and log in again. Make sure the 'Remember Me' option is always ticked.

What browser do you use? I can easily tell you with FireFox or I.E.

Ahhh, and that link helped. Try using the Admin CP with your Forumer.Com's real link, ya know, the one with something.forumer.com !

Still doesn't work. I use an AOL browser, uploaded Firefox, but Firefox browser doesn't work

AOL browser is a bad idea to access phpBB admin. Try going to this link in Firefox or IE: http://jamesb.8.forumer.com/login.php?redirect=admin or this link: http://www.the007lounge.com/login.php?redirect=admin. Can you see that page? If so, login with the 'Log me in automatically on each visit' ticked and see if you can access your admin cp. If you can access the Admin CP on other computers, then it is most likely a problem with your own computer.

Get rid of the AOL browser. Just have Firefox

You dont need to. If you have the Google Web Accelerator, on your forum click the GWA icon on your toolbar and Dont Accelerate This Website
