Go to your configuration under Control Panel. Under site description you can use this code <a href= "http://www.yoursitename.com"><b>Your Site description or address</b></a>

This will link to your site.

Okay. Register at http://modscenter.4.forumer.com.

Go to Modification database.

Go to Board View.

Now Go to page 2 of that section.

Click "Affilliates section" (4th one up).

Pick a code you want. Hilight & copy.

Now, on your forum, paste the code into the description of a new forum, or into the description of a forum you already have.

Edit the customizeable text.

Tip: Its best that you host your images on www.imageshack.us.

If you need any further help, Ill do my best.

You may edit it to where it has only 1 link, or as many as you like. Just be careful as the code is delicate meaning that if you accidentally erase something, you may heve to start over and paste the code again.
