You can't directly delete the banner - you will have to replace it with another (Configure Banner in your Admin CP)

After i uploaded my logo,the logo not update

You see my forum is still the da*m tank?

To me, it's not a tank but a sign saying "Billiwoo forum". If you still see a tank you probably have to reset your cookies and clear your cache. Does that help?
