I'm not good in English, so I want my website in my language.. I have the code to change language but I don't know where to put it.

And how do I change the skin like this forum...

can't for both phpBB and IPB

just go to your ACP -> Styles Admin -> Add, selct the one you like, click Install. Then make it your default skin.

Simply to change the BG color for a skin, go to Styles Admin, Management, Edit, BackGround Color. Use a HEX Color Code for that.
