hi , do upload avatar size can be incress? it onli 6kb + for my upload and some member is 60+kb i noe can use link off by other website but they think if possible can upload from forum

Nope, this is done for several reasons... and probably will not be changed. Just link to an off-site avatar, that's the easiest thing to do.
