Ive looked around but cant seem to find which version of phpbb are we using?
im just curious. people ask me, i dont know the answer lol

it says it right there when you registered for a new forum. phpBB2

it says right at the buttom.... though i wonder if this is correct or not....

or atleast it used to.... it doesn't seem to anymore....

i'm not spaming topics..... the version number is typicaly at the buttom of each page....

and up until somtime it was at the buttom of forumer's forums.... but it seems to be gone now....

phpBB2 is the major version number... but i image when people ask him what version of the forum he's running, they want to know the minor..

and that is the latest version so i was correct

Bluesun, I appoligize for Attitude's remakrs towards you as your post was legit and helpful.

The reason the version isn't there anymore, is because it seems as though with the new pacthes that phpBB released, the version number disapeered.
