To log in on the main Forumer home page, you need to have a FEP (Forumer Extended Profile). If you don't have one, you can register for one Here.

Tell them to try clearing their cookies and cache, it could be their computer, but it is possible that there is a problem this end.

What were you thinking of upgrading? At this stage, there are no plans available to 'upgrade' your account in any way.

i thought maybe you guys had a upgrade plan [ for a fee ] that offered maybe faster loads or more features and options. if so i was going to try to get it.

one more question are there anyway i can download a backup copy of my forum incase of a crash or information loss?

Ok, to change any settings for your forum, you can do so via the Admin CP of the board.

As far as the e-mail links, we are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it, But, you almost gave yourself the answer. All they need to do is copy and paste the URL into their browser, and, manually write in the "mausercentral." after the http://

As soon as the next stable release of phpBB is released, Forumer will upgrade all of it's boards free of charge.
