In this topic, somebody asked about turning off COPPA. It's supposedly the law that you can't register, but there are many sites out there that don't do it. I've heard it's possibly to remove it if you can modify a .php file....how would I get to that to do it?

Thanx.

Hello,

You cannot turn the COPPA off, this is a law, that you have to be 13 or older to use the messahe board (or somthing like that) if you do choose I am 13 years or younger, then you will need to have adult supervision.

As said above. This is not a option that you can turn on and off. You must have that there.

I do belive is you upload your own phpBB forum, that it can be done. With editing the .php files. But you dont have acess the the .php files with forumer.com.
