It's probably something I overlooked, but I can't find out how to sticky a thread (or how to make an announcement). Can anyone help me out here? btw, my forum is located at http://incursion.7.forumer.com

When posting your topic, under options, you shoud see this option:
Post topic as: [] Normal [] Sticky [] Announcement
Just tick the appropriate box

you can do that if you have permissions to do that. as an admin, you can have permissions to do this. just create a post and when done, BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR POST you will find a " Post topic as: Normal Sticky Announcement " just right above the "add a poll". you can set it to normal, sticky and announcement.

Make sure that you have permission to do that, though. go to your Administration Panel, -> Forum admin-> premissions Choose all the forum (this has to be done one at a time) choose advanced mode scroll over to the side and where it says Sticky, choose MOD, and Where it says Annonce, choose Admin.

This option can only be done before posting a topic. This can't be done after the posting of a topic.
