I too I am having the same problem - http://ogilvieclan.10.forumer.com/ Ths is a brand new forum and it's not very encouraging for new members to join my site.

And majorogilvie have faith, its not usual to have this issue with the forums from these guys. I have used their forums for years and have had nothing but positive experience from them so take heart.

Hi,We initially had problems with new members registering and then not being able to complete registration as the visual code would not be accepted.

We switched off the visual code.

We are now being emailed by would-be-new-members,stating that they do not receive any
confirmation email from us??

Can you help?

We are now being pm'd by our members stating that they are not receiving post/thread notifications??

Could you provide a test account with admin permissions, you may PM them to me.

Also, you can change your settings to 'None' for the account activation in Admin CP > Administration > Configuration

Since about 5 hours now its again working fine.
I got meanwhile 2 new registrations.

problem now RESOLVED guys' ,thank you !! we have had a flood of notifications to our mail box,including confirmation emails for new members .
