I am getting reports that people are not able to register for the forum. It tells them the confirmation code is incorrect. I went and checked myself and it says The confirmation code you entered was incorrect.

How can this bug be corrected? Do I need to change something or is it server side bug?
Need to have people registering. I wondered why I had a high bounce rate.

I have tried registering on your forum and I got the same error. Then I did one more last try and it worked. I was able to register to your forum.

Sawan also tried and he was able to register.

Please try again and get back to me.

I removed the two under no verify. I then reset to user verify like it was. Please try again register. Thank You

I have just registered again, and it let me the first try. The security code is fine, I think there was some server slowness and that prevented the registration the first few times I tried. It didn't give me any trouble now.

The user verification has nothing to do with the security code, it sends you out an email and you have to click on a link to activate the account.
It works fine too.

If your support request get resolved, click on THREAD TOOLS > MARK THIS THREAD AS SOLVED. This will mark the thread RESOLVED and will close the thread. (you can also re-open it the same way should the problem persist)
