I don't know.

I used it for family and there were only 3 active members in a private forum.

Maybe you had it inactive for more than 30 days? In that case it would be deleted automatically..

btw you can read the TOS here so you will know if it could have violated it or not:

it wasn't inactive for more than 30 days.

I know this because on Jan 16th I posted photos.

How do I sign up for a new forum?

I can't reuse my email and I don't see any option to login at all.
