Why is it that no one seems to be trying to help me?

I'm honestly not trying to be nasty. I just really need my ads removed and i can't seem to get anyone to solve this issue. I'm still having the "debug" problem sporadically too.

Is no one giving support here anymore? I'm really not trying to be rude. Not in my nature. But i still have the ads and you have $5 of my money to take them off. Please help as soon as possible. I keep getting those porn ads and i can't have parents seeing those. The school system would make me take the forum down.

Notice the word 'virgin ia'

The first part of the word is what is attracting Googles relevent ads system to display porn ads.

That doesn't exactly help me get rid of them. That's what fbucks are for.

Have they not recieved my payment for those? If not, i need to look into it.

The error seems to be gone most of the time. Thanks for that.

I still don't see the $5 credited to my account. It came thru my bank, so if you don't have it please let me know so i can figure out what happened. I'd like to transfer the fbucks to i can i don't have ads. Also, here is says i have 291 fbucks, but on my forum it says over 30,000. What does that mean?

On your FHQ account you only have 292
and on your forum you have over 30000 so you can use it for ad removal.

They are both separate.

How did you pay for the fBucks? Did you buy them through the link in your admin panel.......fSettings? If so then the fBucks you payed for have been credited to your forum.

The 30,000 fBucks are the ones you payed for as that is the current Forumer exchange rate. (30,000fBucks for $5)

You can use those fBucks to remove the ads from your forum.

No, i had the over 30,000 before i paid the $5. I still only have that much, and i also have ad removal enabled, but the ads are still there.

Has anyone checked to see if that money showed up? It came thru my bank, but i'm still not seeing it reflected on my forums fbucks page. I have 31333 but i should have 30,000 more than that. I'm also still seeing the ads. Not crazy about these new ones either. They look like they belong to the site and i really don't want anyone clicking on something when it has nothing to do with the forum. Any ideas?

You can request for Google ads to be put back on in the thread regarding them.
