Hi, one of my mods is having problems logging in.....she's cleared cookies and cache etc but still get's bumped out

I asked her to describe and she sent me this:

There is something up with Forumer.

It keeps logging me out and not saving my details.

I go to log in with the password and it says it's invalid.

In order to log into the site, I have to request a new pw, click the link from my email, and then browse the forum. It won't let me reset the pw, save the cookie or re-use the password after I close the window.

I know it's not my computer as it's doing it on every computer I use to try to log into this site.
I use IE and I have nothing else open at all.
I tried on two different XP computers and a brand new vista computer and they all have the same problem

Does anyone have any ideas for her?

The password may be case sensative. I'm not sure, but are you positive she is typing her exact password?

The capitol P could cause a problem. You may want to ask her to make sure its correct & to make sure she doesn't have caps lock on.

Thanks, I'll mention that to her but I'm pretty certain she's trying all of that as she's admin on another board.
