Hello all

I'm having trouble since a few days to open my forum. Very long delays until the pages arrive, regular failures to open etc...

Is there any trouble on server 8, or is it just me ?

It's not only you. The 8 is under attack now. I hope that I will fix this problem now

What do you mean by "under attack?" My board is so slow as well on Server 8. Very frustrating.

Under attack could mean viruses, DDOS, hackers, etc.

Hopefully they are trying to fix it. It won't affect our computers, will it? Sorry if I seem blind to this but if I don't ask, I won't know.

Of course not, all it means is that the server will have some slowness, and will eventually be back to normal. Your copmuter will be fine. And your forum will be fine too, since Forumer keeps a database.

Thank you very much for answering that question for me. The reason I asked is because it is so ironic that so many of my members are experiencing computer problems right now. You have put my mind at ease. I trust they are working on this issue then?

Hi All,

We all knew about the problems! I talked to Limez, and he agreed with the guest posting restriction on all forums and on all servers.
We'll wait for result from programmers.
