Cannot connect to server #16 http://homeattherange..com.

Running very slow and will not connect, no error message!!!

According to the Sever Status server 16 is down at the moment, I am getting

Server Error
The following error occurred:

[code=CANT_CONNECT] Could not connect because of networking problems. Contact your system administrator.

If this is happening so often why is Forumer doing nothing about it?
