Someone added a <!-- before the ad's.

Quote:
<td><div align=center>
<!--

<script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client = "pub-5207631766608049";
google_alternate_ad_url = "http://www.forumer.com/banners/altad.html";
google_ad_width = 728;
google_ad_height = 90;
google_ad_format = "728x90_as";
google_ad_type = "text_image";
google_ad_channel ="8465124983";
google_color_border = "FFFFFF";
google_color_bg = "FFFFFF";
google_color_link = "006699";
google_color_url = "006699";
google_color_text = "000000";

//--></script>
//-->

<!--AD_B-->
<!--
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script>
//-->
What's in red is why ad's don't show.

Thanks very much for the quick reply, can you tell me where all this text is as I dont understand any of it but if I can find the above text and delete the stuff that is in red that should do it i assume.
Please remember that you are talking to an idiot who can just about turn his PC on.I didn't do anything to it other than change the skin so I dont know how this has happened but am terrified that I'm going to get in the s***t and have my forum deleted.

Thanks SawanM0112,
I have started a thread in my "Notices" forum asking if others can see them, so far I've had 1 member say he gets the same as me //--> and two others who say they can still see the ads.
Should I start this as a thread in the "General Support" ?

Like I said that's the problem but I don't how it was caused or how to fix it.

Oh yeah, sorry about this 1827.

I remember giving support to another member about the same problem.

Forumer has replaced the Google ads with a different provider of ads heres the code.

Code:
<!-- BEGIN TAG - 728x90 - forumer.com - DO NOT MODIFY -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://optimizedby.rmxads.com/st?ad_type=ad&ad_size=728x90&section=229026"></script>
<!-- END TAG -->

Do you have some kind of ad blocker enabled on your IE browser?

The code that was posted is the ad that is showing on your forum.

The ad code which displays the ads probably doesn't work with IE thats why.
